Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your merchandise for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and original condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. After receiving the return, we will inspect the product to make sure it is in good re-sellable condition. The refund will then be issued immediately.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within two days at tammy@windbornstudios.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. Therefore, the order processing time is 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive notification and tracking when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping with the exclusion of China and Russia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Windborne Studios is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
